We do a refund on your gems or resources orders if they didn’t processed yet, or if it’s during the suppliers offline time and you changed your mind, NO refund if the order is processed
Any errors in the delivery orders, we take full responsibility if we did receive the correct format from you
We don’t accept returns of gems or resources delivered under any circumstances

Baron & Emperor Resources

For Baron and Emperor resources orders, you need to be in the agreed on location in the exact time, failure to show up on time will cost you your order and no refund
Refunds apply only if we failed to show up and deliver or we ran out of stock
We can refund if you canceled your order before the Whole Event start (Before the first district started)
We don’t accept returns of resources delivered under any circumstances

In Kingdom Resources

We do a refund if you canceled your order before the time of delivery Only

Merchandise

We use a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply didn’t like the product.

If there is a problem with an order

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our support team within 30 days of product delivery. We offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

It should be pointed out that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Kai’s Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the right information.
