  • How much it takes for my Gems or Resources to deliver?

    It takes 20 to 40 minutes after you send the payment and that’s during the business hours
    Gems and migration resources are delivered according to Beijing, China up time.

  • Is bots safe?

    Botting is against terms of services for any game, that include Lords mobile too
    we make sure your account is safe but we DON’T guarantee it 100%

  • How can I edit the settings on my bot?

    When you order the services and we set it up, there will be a privet direct chat between you and our support team only on LINE messaging app, as it is a requirement for this service, and through this channel you can let us know about anything you need and we will help you as soon as we can. We don’t reply instantly but we guarantee we will respond daily

  • Can I stop my bot subscription and start again later? would that affect the setup fee?

    Yes you can pause or terminate any time you want and resume later
    The setup fee are only required for first time only and it’s covered for 6 Months only after you terminate your subscription, you will have to pay it again if you come back after this period.

  • Is LINE Bots safe?

    Yes they are actually a supported feature From LINE itself.

  • Can I contact you even during offline time?

    Yes contact us anytime convenient for you, and if it’s during our closing time no worries, we will reply to you first thing on starting our business day.

  • Do I need to contact you for orders from Kai’s Merchandise?

    No you can order your items directly from our store,
    you just contact us about costume design requests to make that ready for you .

  • Merchandise Delivery:

    All sales channels will have the standard (flat rate) shipping option available.
    Shipping cost depend on the item and your location
    Duration of delivery depends on the item ordered as will as your location, for US orders it take 2 to 7 days or longer in special circumstances, for international orders it takes 10 to 30 days

    In addition to standard shipping, express shipping option is available on certain items

    Express shipping within the US: 2-3 business days.
    International express shipping: 3-5 business days.

  • Tracking Information:

    As soon as the tracking information becomes available, it will automatically update in your order channel in “My Account” Area and you will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable)
